The helpers were minimally qualified to perform the task. They were not able to lift 100 lbs which was noted when the work was posted. They had little if any experience with moving or handling the hot tub. If I had not provided all of the lifting materials etc, they would not have been able to do the work. They had no tools such as hammers to remove any of the crating. I am 20 plus years older than the oldest of the helpers and still was able to do more than they were in moving the unit. I would not use them again. It was definitely not worth the cost we paid.

The two helpers were great.
My only issue was that I paid for three helpers and figured I only needed two helpers after a discussion with the company and I did not get a refund from "Hireahelper".

The help was on time, eager to facilitate the unloading in any way possible, worked as hard as I've seen any hired help work, and were careful with our belongings. If the need arose I'd use them again.

Hard workers. They were fast but careful. Managed a king size mattress up the stairs. Also pleasant and polite. They arrived on time too. Would recommend them to anyone.
