Initially, I thought they were great. They were polite, and I was impressed by how fast they were moving. Unfortunately, they were so fast that they carelessly left one of my boxes by the elevator on the 3rd floor. As I usually take the stairs, I didn't notice this box was missing until the next morning when I was looking for the sugar inside. Yes, this box was filled with food items, mainly spices and cooking/baking materials. To make matters worse, they had placed the box on its side, causing cooking oil and box carton soup to burst and spill all over everything. I had to throw away all items that were soaked as well as any food items that were opened (due to bugs possibly contaminating the items from being outside for 24 hours as my building is not fully indoors). This blunder will likely cost me $60-$70 to replace all the spices and food items in that box.

The helper came on time, worked to unload a moving truck with me and had the entire truck unloaded and set up in 1/2 an hour! At one point the helper was lifting a twin mattress over his shoulder all by himself. The helper was great. I highly recommend this company.

Luis and his crew, total four, were polite, strong and altogether excellent. They did what I had thought was two hours work in 53 minutes, never stopping. No damage, overall excellent. When we move house, I'm using them again.

They were terrible!! They arrived 2 hours late and didn't bring any equipment with them including a dolly. Because of that I had to pay for 2 more hours because everything was unloaded an item at a time. They mishandled my items and placed a fragile box under 2 boxes of heavy books breaking items. They were opening boxes to see where they went rather then asking me. They did not put items where directed and were slamming furniture into the walls and door jams. If you value your time and property, go with a different moving company.
