On time, prepared with equipment, worked hard for twice as long as I originally booked them, and were careful with our stuff.

The loaders were on time and worked steadily. However, one item was severely scratched on the right side, a solid wood china cabinet. I even provided shrink wrap and advised that all furniture should have shrink wrap in order to avoid such result. Although it was used on a few items, it was not utilized on the china cabinet. Neither my white box springs and mattress were not shrink wrapped nor was the plastic utilized that was intended for these items.

Chris and his crew were great.
They arrived on time as promised, with a smile on there face.
They were ready to go, had all the dollys and equipment needed for the job.
They worked very hard, never complained.
They did take care of the property, showing me any defect in a piece they were carrying, just so I would know, and it was some scratches my Dog had made before the move.
We changed our mine on the placement of a desk, they didn't hesitate moved it with a smile.
I would definetly use them again.

This mover did not call to confirm and would not answer the phone the evening before the move. Hire a Helper was very helpful in trying to resolve and find a replacement. But A1 was very unprofessional and even tried to lie to Hire a Helper while resolving this problem. Again, Hire a Helper was great, A1 not so much.

Everything was good, except that my wood chest drawers was broken. Before that happened, I told the helper that he needed to, first, remove a box that was on the way. He refused to follow directions; rather, he pulled the piece of furniture from a fragile side, and broke the piece. I told him that could be glued, but he said that it needed to be replaced, perhaps at Home Depot. I, then, told him that he needed to do it himself.
I haven't heard from the helper in more than a week now.
Professionalism in doing the job was needed. I hope the insurance company would replace my chest drawer.
I was very kind to the helper, but seems that he got xtra pressure. Too bad that something like that could happen. He has a family to maintain, BUT also a life to keep.

My contact was prompt, followed up as he said he would, came early the day of the job ... in other words, pretty much exceeded my expectations.
