They were on time, prepared with appropriate tools & equipment.
I'm a senior and just needed some heavy furniture moved.

They were respectful except for an unfortunate corner break on a glass shelf and a "ding" in the wood on the bedroom doorway.

They were hard workers and apologetic, but could have exercised a little more caution.

Brian and team arrived early which perfectly fit our plans. He was courteous and friendly did an immediate walk thru to get a plan together then the team packed the moving van like the professionals they are. NOTHING was damaged and he used every square inch of space like he was playing Tetris. Would most certainly recommend them

Brian and Troy were friendly, on time and very easy to communicate with. They loaded the truck quickly and finished sooner than the time allowed. Only one problem, the way they packed/loaded my desk and then placed heavy items inside the space on the legs destroyed it. the legs broke away from the main part of the desk and left it useless. I had to throw the whole thing away. Another box was tucked into a space that when a different area was being unloaded, it jogged the box which crashed and broke all but one thing inside. I've only ever had one thing broken in my many moves and depend on the professionals to make sure everything is safely stored so i was disappointed with losing my desk, which i then had to substitute with a table for work 2 days after arriving at my destination.

Hi Cheryl! Unfortunately your desk was made of particle board & it’s virtually impossible to move without a total breakdown, which, we offered to do, but you declined. I do apologize for the piece breaking & I do genuinely appreciate your business!!
