First of, let me start by saying that I am pretty certain Chris, the owner, will respond to this review with "this is absolutely not true...you should have been more organized...etc.", but I suggest you heed my warning and never use this company for your moving needs. This company is extremely unproffessional. I paid for six hours and he was in a rush the whole time to get done faster and seemed upset when he thought it might actually take the full 6 hours. He was not very careful in loading anything and many times I heard the clanking of furniture. There were marks, tears, and dents on furniture that i am certain were damage he cauaed; however he was quick to point out he didnt do it. He was so disrespectful. He came in to my house and told me I was unorganized(yet he didnt bring the right tools or a dolly), used profanity in nearly every other word he said in front of my 3 children, he complained about other customers to me calling them names, he did not bring his own supplies as I had told him would need on the phone and then was rude to me because I didnt have a dolly, he left empty bottles of water (which he got from me) and tons of cigarrette butts lying all around my front yard that we had to pick up, and I have found pieces of furniture lying around that are now not in the pod with the furniture it goes with. Terrible experience. The workers he had with him were very nice and hard working. I did tip the workers he brought because I felt they deserved it. I also tipped him, but that was only because I am a christian and I believe in treating others nicely even when they don't do the same for you. I would never use this company again and I actually fear the shape my furniture will be in when we unload the pod.

Dennis and his helper done a tremendous job. I would recommend them to anyone. Very hard workers and done an excellent job loading everything in a storage unit. I will use them again when we are ready to move from the storage unit to our house.
