The two workers were prompt, polite, and proficient. The job was completed on time. However, there was severe damage to one of the dressers, rendering it unrepairable and useless.
While I understand that damage can happen during a move, I was not notified — I had to discover it myself. That’s obviously unacceptable.
Better communication, rather than carelessness or what felt like possible deception by omission, could have made room for a more favorable review. I accept some responsibility for not doing a full post-move walkthrough, but now we’ll never know whether the damage occurred during transit or was caused by the service provider.

The two guys we hired were absolutely amazing!! They showed up on time when they said they would arrive and immediately got to work. They were incredibly nice and easy to work with, they made our move so much easier and stress free! We would use them again! They packed our moving truck perfectly and were gentle with our belongings!
