What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

It starts before move day, with a confirmation call from our operator thanking them for their business and going over their specific move details. In addition, the customer will receive a call from our crew leader introducing themselves and letting them know they are on their way. Throughout the day our operator will check-in with the customer to see how the move is going and make any adjustments needed.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Each move is unique, but in general, the customer can relax and let us take care of the move they’ve hired to handle.
