These guys were the most polite and helpful men I have met in a very long time. They did what ever needed doing and did it with a smile. I must apologize to them and Hire-A-Helper for not getting to the location on time, but it was out of my control.
I love these guys and will ask for them again should I have any more moving.

The guys that did the job were great and worked hard. Arrived 3 hours late, after rescheduling my original time 1 hour later... so nearly 4 hours after the time I booked. Not sure who the scheduler is, but that was an unacceptable delay. Said it was traffic... we all live in DFW so I’d think they’d build that into a schedule. Anyway, said there would be an extra charge for an over sized tool box, after they unloaded it but didn’t say how much. Then tried to hit me with another $200 fee. Because of all of that I cannot recommend this company. *Edit due to response from mover below... Large tool box on wheels is listed on the original invoice, please don’t accuse me of lying. If there was going to be an extra charge you should have notified me before unloading it and placing it in the storage unit. Also, you did not discuss the added charge with me, but a family member who was not paying for your service. Reducing my rating to Two Stars for accusing me of dishonesty.

Movers were very nice. But seemed to lolley Gag and be attached at the hip. At some point I felt like I was moving more things then they were. Also while they were moving things they did not take the best care. They moved my washer down a flight of stairs and let it drop down every step. As a result the drum is egg shaped and off balance so there is a horrible rumbling sound when the washer is used. They also did a horrible job packing the truck. I rented a 26’ box truck for a two bedroom apartment and there was a wild amount of unused space. As a result there was a lot of shifting and a lot of my furniture was wobbly upon arrival. They placed my king size mattress on the very top of everything on an uneven surface creating a bow in the mattress. At the base it was not smart packing and i was under the impression i was paying for experimental movers. I was very disappointed with the overall service despite the movers good personality. I felt they could have utilized their time better and moved more things. On one occasion I witnessed one of the movers avoid carrying a “heavier” item for a lighter item in which I followed him down with the heavier object. There was a lot of personal conversation while they moved my items and they would only move items together despite the items weight. It was almost useless to pay for a second person because they only did the work of one. Overall very disappointed in the service I paid for and would not recommend.

Our 2 movers arrived on time and ready to work! They were extremely polite, hard working, and knew the tricks to getting larger items in and out of doors and narrow spaces. These gentlemen know what they are doing and were very gentle with our belongings. They worked quickly and carefully. Would definitely use them again and recommend to all.

I like these guys. Second time using them. I had plenty of blankets and they should have used more. There was some slight damage that occurred. I would just recommend that you make the request. All in all, I would use them again. As I said, I like them, they are timely and efficient.

The 2 young men that came to unload my pod were awesome. They were there on time, they were well prepared, and they were very respectful. I just explained what needed to be put where and they did everything else. They even asked as the move went on. They finished 1 hour 45 minutes early. And helped me get my large TV out of my car. These guys are great, I would use their service again and recommend them to others as well.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive 5 star customer service and a crew that will work hard to get your move done in the time you booked. We also have very polite and honest crews that will go above and beyond to assist you throughout the entire process.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For moving day we ask all customers to have items ready to be loaded or unloaded. If you have to pack during the move it may take extra time and extend your move past your previous booked time.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done over 300 moves to date in all different aspects of moving. There's not a move we will not be prepared for and have not done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love being able to help customers in a time of need and to make the moving process alot simpler and smoother.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our crew with a two day training where we teach our way to pack and wrap furniture but also how to pack pods and trucks.
