I had a great experience with Texas Top Tier Movers when they unloaded my POD this past Monday evening. Although I wasn’t home at the time, they kept me informed with a call ahead of arrival (even with a slight delay due to traffic, communication was consistent and appreciated).
My aunt was present during the unload, and she spoke very highly of the team. She described them as extremely pleasant, respectful, and mindful of others in my apartment community. They were also very kind and considerate toward both her and my dog, which means a lot.
From what I was told, they worked efficiently and diligently while still taking great care with my belongings. They paid attention to box labels and did their best to place items where they belonged, which made settling in much easier for me afterward.
Based on the service, pricing, and overall professionalism, I’m very pleased and would absolutely recommend Texas Top Tier Movers to anyone in need of reliable help.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
