Unfortunately, this team left a lot to be desired. They were not careful with our belongings, and unfortunately scratched some of our furniture and doors while moving items into the house. They did use the blankets we had to cover the dolly or furniture when they were moving like our first team who protected our items so well. These two movers did not come prepared with any tools to reassemble the furniture that the first team took apart. We were able to unpack a few tools for them to reassemble our kitchen table but they were not able to reassemble our refrigerator. They were able to reassemble our king bed frame with the assistance from my father in law but thought that because they didn’t have tools to continue, that they could do no more. One of the movers stated that reassembling is part of the service but they were not told to bring tools with them to this job. I spoke with their supervisor who said he was going to have the movers go to Lowes to pick up to tools needed to reassemble our furniture since we still had an hour and fifteen minutes left of our scheduled time. The movers called their boss and for whatever reason, they did not go to Lowes for necessary tools. They were able to get everything moved in quickly but the service was pretty disappointing especially after such a wonderful experience with the first team.

I wish I caught the names but these two movers were fantastic! They were quick, efficient and so careful. They took apart most items in order to effectively utilize the space we had and made sure everything was with its counterparts, wrapped up and protected.

They were great, took care with our belongings and knew what they were doing. The way they packed the moving truck was perfect, we had a few abrupt stops on the way but after 5 hrs of driving when we arrived nothing had moved and everything was safe. I’d definitely use them again!

When I booked the job was estimated and pre-paid for 3 hours based on the the company's estimate. The job as described only took two hours and the company refuses to refund the additional hour or provide compensatory service. If you choose to book with this company only book the minimum and then pay any extra hours as they may overestimate the job and not refund the difference.

To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
