Hired four men to pack 2 PODS units. Had some questions prior to service and had a very informative conversation with the person who answered the phone. Day of service the work crew was running behind due to traffic and an accident. They kindly called before our scheduled time and let us know they would be in touch when they were headed our way. Thankfully we didn’t have time constraints, as the start was delayed 2.5 hours. Upon arrival, the team worked quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, one of the crew members knocked a hole in the wall and scuffed the paint. Also unfortunately, no one admitted to the accident, instead asking us if the damage was there before they arrived (it was not; we had just paid to have touch-up paint done throughout the house, so this last minute repair and painting cost us $200). It was apparent the team lead was frustrated with a couple of the team members as he openly complained about they were “moving too quickly and not being careful”. Overall, the packing job was done early and seems to be done well (some of that will be evident when we unpack). Knowing what I know about the outcome, I would ask specifically for a team that had worked together before; I think that would eliminate friction.

The team was AMAZING! I had to make several last minute changes after the moving truck had to undergo some maintenance unexpectedly and they were more than accommodating. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
