Please hire elsewhere. Such unprofessional and unmotivated workers.
I moved across country so had movers on both ends. Night and day. These hired to unload only were beyond bad. I had no choice as needed pods emptied for their designated return.
1) they were clearly under the influence, marijuana. Not my place to judge except they were hired to do a job.
2) I had to instruct them multiple and ongoing times and they still put things wherever and however. My boxes and totes were very specifically labeled with fragile/containing glass etc.
3)They were slow, careless, and very unprofessional. One asked for food within the first 15 minutes.
4)They damaged my new 9ft door and casing. They also broke two cabinets. They clearly had no desire to be working.
My son jumped in working to see if this may push them but only he worked hard.
I’m leery giving this kind of review due to possible kickback. Hire a helper needs to vet its clientele better. Interesting how there can be both wonderful reviews and downright scary reviews.

The movers arrived perfectly on time and worked hard to make sure it got done in a timely manner. Worked super well with my dog as well, very patient and understanding. They were all super helpful and personable. they worked very efficiently and were excellent in communicating their arrival and the careful transfer of my belongings from my apartment. I’d absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for movers and would consider using them again for future moves.

They packed 3 large pods and arrived on time, and they moved very quickly. I tipped them also, but now that my pods have arrived at the new home we found scratches to our appliances that they didn't wrap. Parts to furniture that they took apart we can't find. We supplied many shipping supplies and had left over supplies that they should have used to protect our stuff along with attaching pieces to the item so we could put everything back together. I would never use or recommend them. Very disappointed!

When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
