Will not recommend. They broke several of my glass pieces and my entertainment center cracked the door going down the ramp to fast.
Some things are not replaceable.
Please train better. I’ll be making a phone call
tomorrow. The guys were well mannered but they were now careful with a lot of the boxes that had breakable things in them.

Oh, boy. Texas Top Tier was scheduled to show up between 12-1pm. At around 12:10pm, I tried to call them - no answer but left a voicemail. I received a text at 1pm that said they would be there soon. I waited a bit and called again around 2:00pm - no answer and voicemail was full now. Then I called the contractor I found them through, who had trouble reaching Texas Top Tier too, but finally got ahold of them and they claimed they showed up at 11:50am and knocked on our door. Not only were we home at this time, but we have a ring camera that proves this was not true. I was also literally in the parking lot waiting for them at that time and no one came or went. Also, why would you then text me at 1pm that you were on the way? Also, why wouldn't you call me if you knocked and no one answered? Appalling and really shady to lie about it. It ruined our entire move and cost us way more money than we had planned, because we had to find new movers last minute and reschedule the movers on the other end. What a nightmare.

I am deeply disappointed not only with service, but the fact that I can’t reach anyone to remedy the situation. The customer service number goes to random mailbox and calls are not returned
While the 2 guys who showed up were kind and respectful, they REEKED of weed. I have nothing against weed but, given my stuff arrived yesterday with many items broken because they put clearly marked FRAGILE boxes under heavy stuff, it affected them. OR they had no clue got to pack a POD, which was specifically why I hired them. They were supposed to be experts at packing PODS
I am so upset at all that is broken, and I’m only half way through opening boxes. I’ve taken pics and need someone from the company to contact me asap

Great move! Crew arrived early and got straight to work in 95 degree weather! They were very communicative and kept me updated on their progress and any questions they had. They wrapped the furniture very thoroughly and were careful with our belongings. I can't recommend this company enough!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
