These guys actually called in to see if they could come in a little earlier to start if I wanted them too. I didn't have the truck yet so I couldn't have them come but as soon as I did I gave them a call and they were there within the time they gave me. They were prepared to work, made sure to walk with me through everything that was going to be packed so they could plan out how they were going to pack it and when they got down to it they really worked a sweat up. They were very polite and respectful and I would be more than willing to use them again or recommend them to anybody else.

I arrived at my new apartment in Raleigh, NC a day ahead of schedule. Smart Move, LLC was able to pull a crew together in a couple of hours to unload my 26' moving truck in two locations (apartment and storage). The crew were polite and professional; quickly unloading my household goods with care. I would definitely recommend Smart Move, LLC to others and will be using their services when I move to a house next year.

The two young men who came to unload our Uhaul were the most courteous young men we have encountered in long time. They started and worked quickly, efficiently and had a very respectful attitude! They finished unloading in just under the two hours even hauling our large furniture upstairs with no dolly or handtrucks whatsoever where the company who loaded our belongings took over three hours to load, had dollys and handtrucks and an elevator out of a prepacked two bedroom apartment in VA! Hire these guys they were OUTSTANDING!!!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!

Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
