The two movers called to see if they could come a little early. They loaded up my small moving pod in less than an hour and were super helpful and kind. They packed everything in very tightly. When I asked if they could haul an old mattress to the dumpster, they happily did so. Great job! Very professional.

They did not seem to know about moving. They piled up boxes in all the places that furniture needed to go, and there was no way to get the furniture in! They did not help me get my mirror on the dresser so now if have to hire out again to get that done. Lastly, they told me they'd be there at 12:30 so my daughter thought she'd be done by then and would return with the key. They were early so I had to go find her ( she teaches Pilates) to find the key for the truck, and then I got charged for a half hour when nothing was happening. It was all very chaotic as we were coming in from our three day trip!
