I have experience as a master mover for Allied for 5 years. Crews of 2-6 men available. All phases of household moving, packing, unpacking, loading, unloading. Long moves, short moves, specialty items, large furniture. Pianos of all types, safes and more. Also estate clean ups and storage units clearing. We will take the stress of moving off your back and make your move smooth and successful.

They arrived on time and started unloading the 26’ U-Haul after a quick walk through of where the items where to be placed. All of the furniture was handled carefully with no scratches or damage. The lead man (company owner) was very experienced, guiding his helper in the proper handling of the heavy wooden furniture. The job was completed ahead of the estimated time. I recommend their services.

The movers showed up almost an hour later than promised.
The movers moved the moving truck without permission and got it stuck in the snow (it was already in an ideal location for the ramp and doorway - out of the snow and ice). It took at least a half an hour to get it unstuck.
They did not wrap anything as promised (was told on phone they would plastic wrap everything and make sure everything was protected).
They did not wrap TVs or electronics in any blankets or anything to avoid damage. (This can be backed up by unloaders). (Blankets were provided to them and they were instructed to use them).
They did not strap items in truck at intervals as required. Items shifted in transit so door was difficult to open.
Tried to charge for more time than they were there. After arriving an hour late they tried to say they arrived 30 minutes earlier than actual arrival time.
I showed them the time they called and finally begrudgingly agreed to just 2 hours of time.
Loaded items they were told not to - jugs of old oil that were marked as trash.
They did a substandard job of loading and cost almost twice as much as unloaders who did a far superior job of customer service.
After a claim was filed for some damage, the owner of the company lied blatantly about the time they arrived and left, said that nothing was packed (completely untrue) and that we were doing drugs. Said that our move was a waste of their time.
Would not use them again.

Did an awesome job and would use John and brad again. Just sorry we didn’t have bottled water to give them but they settled for water from the tap!

Mover’s were polite and accommodating, but reckless. They showed up 40 minutes late. They broke the wheel to an expensive massage chair and caused damage to walls, front door jamb and refrigerator (photos available). Over priced for quality of work. I would not recommend.

The crew was on time and came prepared with mats, hand trucks and ladder to reach the tall items in the truck. They were all hard workers and had fun while they worked. Super nice guys that were willing to share local knowledge for the newbie in town. They were respectful of my items and tried to treat it all like their own. They didn't throw anything down, they set boxes down. I appreciated that. We all worked together to get a big air compressor off the truck. It was a tricky item and we were all safe getting it into the shop.
