What can a customer expect after booking with you?
If booked in advance, we'll touch base with you the day before your move. otherwise, we'll send you message when we're on our way.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A preferred start time of 8am, we start by protecting your residence by covering your floors with neoprene floor runners, carpet shield and or pads. We'll have dollies, hand tools, straps, pads we even carry various size ramps on the truck to assist us in knocking out any outside steps making the move smoother, faster, safer and easier. All team members are friendly, experienced professionals dedicated to a safe move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have your boxes labeled for which room there going into at destination, try and have any of the smaller items that aren't being moved consolidated into a designated area. If you're going to take care of the disassembling of any items try to have that done in advance "remember to keep up with the hardware" If we're going to load a rental truck or container you will want to provide the moving pads if you're going out of state, they are the key to a successful move and don't forget you'll need a lock.
