The team did a phenomenal job on unpacking the pod and placing all items in the correct spot of my house. They were professional, courteous and efficient. They handled my furniture with great care and helped to assemble the bed. I would absolutely hire them again!

Angels exist and Frederica and her crew are proof of that. My family had to move in a difficult situation. Frederica showed up with her son and her crew and they quickly went to work. Great group of young men, they did a wonderful job loading our things into the UHAUL truck that we rented. Very nice and courteous. We would recommend them again and again, too bad they couldn’t come with us to unload the truck, paying them was a pleasure.

They were great! I booked same day, and they confirmed quickly, sent two helpers who showed up on time and were friendly and efficient. They took great care of our items…I would definitely recommend!

Hired two helpers for two hours. Re-confirmed with Go-Get-A-Mover! by phone the day before. Go-Get-A-Mover! emphasized that the movers would be at the loading address by 9am (not between 9 and 10, but for sure by 9am). At 9:10am, Go-Get-A-Mover! called and texted to say both the helpers were on site but in fact only one was there and the other was a complete no-show. Texted a response to Go-Get-A-Mover! but heard nothing from them after that (more than two days now). No explanation. No apology.
On the positive side, the helper that did turn up was really great and with assistance from another source we were able to complete the task despite being badly let down by the Go-Get-A-Mover!

They should think about the things that are the most important to them, items that are of great value to them and let us know to make sure they are well protected. Definitely being organized, label your boxes.

Relieving the stress from our family's. We know that moving can be super stressful, making it a pleasant experience is our favorite part.
What training do you provide your crew members?
There's an art to moving, we provide each crew member with a training manual, How to wrap, how to pack dishes, how to lift upstairs, Etc. Little details make the difference.
