They were supposed to send 3 people to arrive between 3-4 pm. One guy showed up around 530pm, he had absolutely no moving experience. He was very rough with my stuff and was not able to load the truck properly (granted he was alone). Finally called again to ask where the other 2 guys were. I was told they would be there in 45 min. Waited an hour and a half and called again. Finally around 9 pm 2 other guys showed up. We worked late into the night to get the truck loaded. I ended up having to rent a second truck, because the first was not loaded properly. None of the guys had experience with moving. They did work hard once they arrived, but the job was done extremely late and really caused some problems for me and the schedule. My stuff ended up scratched up, there were several gouges and scrapes in my walls and trim where they were literally just dragging my stuff down the stairs. No answer the 3 times I tried to call the company. I ended up having to get in touch with hire a helper to get the issues dealt with. Then the guys reported that they were not paid by on cue for the work they did. Would not recommend. And will never hire again.

The two movers that arrived were on time and did a great job. They moved everything I asked them to move and loaded them carefully on our truck.

The movers were a half hour late and did not show up with any moving equipment. They asked me to pay them directly for the additional half hour they stayed so I did, and then I was also charged by the company for the extra time. Overall, the movers did reasonable work, but the experience was not good.
