The crew of 3 did a nice job emptying our 28' trailer.
It was completely full and they husselled from the moment they arrived. Lots had to go in the basement and a few of our larger pieces took some maneuvering, but they did it! We moved into a place with hardwood floors, and they gave me time to wipe the bottom of my pieces and put on felt pads so they wouldn't scratch the floors. They were polite and friendly! TY.

The movers were late but kept me informed as to arrival time. Scheduled for 2 to 3 pm and arrived around 6:45. Worked out fine for me and they did a great job. Very efficient and careful.

We had 2 days reserved with SMF Moving and we prepaid for 4 guys for both days.
Day 1 only 3 guys showed up and weren't very motivated and on Day 2, they were a NO SHOW!
Since this was all prepaid, we are still waiting onj our refund over a week later.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .
