Thes people were not on time. They didn't call till 9:50 to tell me they were "stuck in traffic" and arrived 1/2 hour later. They were not prepared for the job because they did not have a big enough truck to take my furniture in one load. This was told to them by my wife and me. They said that this is the biggest truck they had. On their work order it stated they needed a 24 ft truck and they brought a 26 ft.
more on that later. Did they work hard hold it I'm laughing too hard. They did not. they took their time loading and unloading. They were not very good in taking care of my furniture and goods. Of course it took two loads. The storage was a mess. I took pictures. I ended up paying $1,000.00 more then I should. I will not recommend this company at all. I will have to rearrange my storage so things will not fall or break. It will be filmed and put on social media for sure.

Mover's response:

We apologize that this didn't go how you expected...But honestly and hard work will always win over negatively, that's why we are top movers with an excellent work ethic. This job should have been a 6 mover job with two trucks; Instead you opted for 3 movers and one 24 ft truck...how this is our fault, we are not sure. We have 13 pics and videos from this job as well, that shows not one broken or damaged item, a storage that will have no items falling or breaking (???), and the 2 football field length walk that we had to carry 300 boxes from the truck to the storage. How this could have done in the mere 4 hours you initially booked, by 3 men, certainly behooves us... You would have spent $1500 extra if we didn't graciously help you out with your underbooking of labor and truck size. Though you booked and prepaid for a tiny crew, tiny time frame and small truck, apparently we should have brought a semi truck instead, as well as a small vehicle to drive your items down the 250 ft hallway to get them into storage faster.... Interesting...And I assume we should have been sad and depressed the whole time instead of laughing and joking to keep our morale high as we labored with our small screw on your monumental task...In fact, save this review sir. When you hire movers to unload your storage and move it into your new home, hire 3 movers and one 24 foot truck again. If it takes them anywhere CLOSE to 4.75 hours to complete the move, we will refund you $500 GUARANTEED. Ball's in your court...
