I paid for 3 helpers doing packing, loading, and unloading for 5 hours. They were great - they arrived on time and started right away. They asked questions to clarify how I wanted things and worked efficiently. They were very pleasant to speak with and work with- I would definitely hire them again!

These guys were amazing! They showed up on time asked all the appropriate questions were very efficient with their work and an absolute pleasure to work with. They were the Sh*t!!. I would recommend them to anybody moving.

They were 10 minutes early. They were slow and methodical. I had 2-16’ containers 75% full. It would have taken 2 “ motivated” workers a little over 2 hours to unload and plenty of time to assemble beds and hook up washer and dryer. I felt like I was asking them for a favor to set up beds and hook up w/d as we approached the 3 hour mark. These guys are near the bottom of my list for movers. The good news is no damage, dents or dings.

They showed up a little early and worked hard throughout the whole unloading process. They got all the boxes and big items into the proper rooms. They also were able to assemble the beds which was a huge help. I would definitely recommend Taking Better Care Movers.

Thes people were not on time. They didn't call till 9:50 to tell me they were "stuck in traffic" and arrived 1/2 hour later. They were not prepared for the job because they did not have a big enough truck to take my furniture in one load. This was told to them by my wife and me. They said that this is the biggest truck they had. On their work order it stated they needed a 24 ft truck and they brought a 26 ft.
more on that later. Did they work hard hold it I'm laughing too hard. They did not. they took their time loading and unloading. They were not very good in taking care of my furniture and goods. Of course it took two loads. The storage was a mess. I took pictures. I ended up paying $1,000.00 more then I should. I will not recommend this company at all. I will have to rearrange my storage so things will not fall or break. It will be filmed and put on social media for sure.

These guys did a GREAT job. We were so pleased with them from beginning to end. They were courteous and professional. They took great care with our belongings as they loaded them into the truck and then unloaded at our house.
I would not hesitate to ask them to help on another move.
