They had a tough job with all our stairs...but were good natured, despite a VERY hot, humid day. After a long day's work, they patiently helped reposition furniture for us. Nice guys, every one!! They even remarked they'd never been treated so nicely by homeowners before...all we did was buy them lunch, and seat them in the air-conditioned dining room!?! I'd say to future clients...be kind, they have your possessions in their hands!

I am so happy with the experience i had with TBC Movers. The workers were GREAT!! They did excellent work, took great care of my furniture, were very professional, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing moving labor help.

Arrived within scheduled window and gave courtesy call before their arrival. The team leader (my apologies for not remembering his name, we have had so many people helping us) was courteous and professional. All 3 of them were polite and got the job done. We plan to use again for unloading in a couple of months.

I was an unload only, so maybe they didn't send their A team knowing it would just be carrying stuff in. Overall, I felt they were pretty slow and unprofessional. They showed up on time which is good, but none of them had official uniforms and one forgot his mask. For a portion of the job, one of them just stood on the truck and handed myself and the two others stuff to carry. In contrast, my moving company that helped load if they saw me carrying anything they would quickly grab it. I also told them I only wanted to do two hours and hopefully at least we could get all the big stuff in the house. We finished all the big stuff with 40 minutes to spare and they said "we're done" until my wife said we still have 40 minutes and to work on unloading the boxes on the truck. I feel if this was a pack and load with the same crew it would have taken days. Additionally, the boxes we very clearly labeled (Master/Kitchen/Office/etc.) as we were unpacking we found a bunch of "Master" labeled boxes just left in the kitchen. That said, I will not be using TBC in the future. If I'm going to pay on the higher end of hourly rates, I hope to find a more professional company. I'm honestly really confused by their rating being so high.

AJ & Chris got to my house on time, introduced themselves and went over everything in the house with me. They then worked their asses off getting all of my furniture wrapped and protected then on the truck. Everything made it safely & unharmed to my new home & having moved over 30 times in my life, I can tell you this is a big deal. Moving day is a very stressful day, one I have always dreaded, AJ & Chris actually helped to make it a fairly nice one, with laughter & some great conversation. I would use them again & I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!
