Movers arrived 2 hours after scheduled time. Literally took 6.5 hours to move a 2 bedroom townhouse where 80% of the items were already stacked neatly in the garage. Kept having to ask the movers to get back on task as the moved slowly, spent most of the time on phone/joking around, and making conversation with my neighbors. Kept forgetting items and I had to keep reminding them. Overcharged me for my move even after I told them to just stack all of my boxes in the living room and I would sort it later. Put my bed back together wrong and lost the screws to my son’s bed. I had to go buy replacement screws and materials from Lowe’s. Didn’t hook up the dryer properly and complained the entire time about needing to be at their second jobs. Charged me over $1600 for a 2 bedroom townhouse move. The movers who moved me in took 1 hour to unload their truck. Would not us these movers again they overcharge and milk the clock as they are paid by the hour. Takes advantage of people and unprofessional.
