They arrived too late to accomplish the job I hired them for.
I didn't get notice of their tardiness until much later than their requested arrival time. There was an instant demand for payment even though they worked for 25 minutes instead of the 2 hours I requested. It was not the fault of the two fellows who came. They were respectful and willing to help, however, the majority of the work had been accomplished long before their arrival. If there is a problem with workers being delayed that long at another job, I think replacements should be sent immediately. I will never use either of these agencies again.
