I used MinuteMan Haulers to load a 16 foot POD before a cross-country move, and they did a phenomenal job! They were able to fit everything in with room to spare. We also just received the POD after transit, and it arrived looking almost exactly like it did when they packed it!

The two movers showed up on time and were efficient, however it felt too rushed for them to do a good packing job. I told them immediately that I’m moving across the country and need all furniture covered by the blankets I provided. However I saw them bringing my couch into the container without a blanket, pushing it up against the side. I told them right away that needs a blanket on, along with the chair and other furniture. They confirmed to do that then continue on. They got in their cars after 1.5 hours to leave and I luckily noticed they left my bed frame sitting on the side of the container, so I had to flag them down to get it put in. They then left and I notice my couch cushions were just thrown on top of everything with no covering whatsoever. I was able to climb on top of things to at least get two covered, but couldn’t get to the rest. Even worse, I then noticed they put my living room chair up against the side with nothing over it, and it was buried so deep there’s no way I could access it. I fully expect that chair to be ruined upon arrival, and that furniture is less than a year old. For the price I paid, I expected more professional movers that understands all furniture HAS to be covered, especially after I told them a couple different times.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
