They were on time, had everything they needed, worked hard. They were respectful of our goods. there was some minor damage to a dresser and table. they fixed the dresser and offered to reimburse us to repair the table. We would use them again.

They were supposed to arrive between 11 and 12:00, but didn't arrive til after 5 PM. They called 3 times to say they were delayed. They worked very hard, and had everything they needed. I had 12 blankets which I had purchased and rented a dozen from them and ended up using 10 more of theirs. They were respectful of our property, but did chip the corner of a dresser and broke a handle off of that dresser too. They said they only allow $.60 a pound for damages so they would only discount about $6.00 for the damages. I am using them again to off-load my POD's on 6/2/2016.

What a relief!! Our two guys arrived right on the dot and began loading our truck quickly - taking special care of all my things. Then followed us to the new place and unloaded everything into an apartment elevator (zillions of trips) and down a long hallway - on a hot day!! They were fast and never stopped and we're so very kind!! Thank you for an excellent job and making a stressful situation so easy. WELL DONE!!

They rocked. The were running late from their previous move and then hit traffic. They kept us very informed of their status... I'd say outstanding communication. When they arrived they hit it hard and worked their butts off. Both were extremely professional and polite and knew how to turn items just the right way to get it through a door. It was a great experience and I'd highly recommend them!

They kept me updated with their arrival time and were professional. After arriving and doing a quick survey, they got to work quickly, were polite, and worked hard. With the amount of stuff we had, and the unforeseen slowdowns, I was still impressed with the progress they made. One piece of furniture was slightly damaged, but it was Not due to negligence and hey, stuff happens. I will use them in the future for sure! Thanks for the hard work!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
