Were they respectful of your property and goods? This is where I have to dock points, and was left a bit frustrated once I started unpacking and setting up my furniture. There were a lot of clumsy mistakes that didn't ruin, but made things less desirable. Scratches on coffee tables, chipped wood on book case, lost parts to tv stand, etc etc
Would you use them again? Probably not, although I liked the speed in which they worked, the issue above and below rubbed me the wrong way. I don't like to cost people money, but with that and one of the guys being a bit surly (for what should've been one of the easiest moves they'll probably have all month) then also feeling obligated (being asked for a tip) didn't sit too well with me either, let alone given the look like it wasn't enough when I wasn't entirely satisfied with the work anyway kinda bothered me too. As someone who works with people everyday, a bit of customer service can go a long way.

Friendly, fast, and careful. We didn't have any of our big items or furniture wrapped up, but they made sure to wrap them in the UHaul blankets and load them in such a way that nothing broke. Thank you!

They worked very hard loading the boxes and furniture from my apartment to the moving truck. They were ahead of time. The movers brought equipment to help with the move. They wrapped the furniture nicely and loaded the truck appropriately. When I unloaded the furniture and boxes I didn't have any damaged property. I would use them again for another move.

Had to reschedule last minute and they were super accommodating. My guys were just awesome, fast and professional. They moved my stuff out of a Pod, into a truck, then into my house. Took such great care of me and my belongings. Thank you !!

They did a great job, my move was scheduled for 3 hours (and I expected it to go over) and they were done in 1.5 hours. The only negative comment I would make is that they weren't as careful with my furniture, they were more focused on speed than anything. But regardless I would recommend them to anyone moving!

I had problems with different aspects of their services. When the movers arrived they said I needed 10 rolls of packaging tape so they could do their job correctly. I only had one (didn't know and wasn't told prior). They expected me to leave and get them. I wasn't about to leave them without anyone guarding my belongings so I had to scramble at the last minute to get someone to sit with my things while I was buying tape. They were angry that I did;t have the tape, but how was I to know? By the way, you'll need to provide your own blankets for wrapping furniture or insurance is voided. I used about 36 blankets that I fortunately ordered 2 days prior.They wrapped some things very well, but toward the end when space was getting tight, they started just jamming chairs and misc at the top of the heap. I am really concerned as to how damaged everything will be once it arrives at the destination. I needed one more pod which arrived the next day and one of the movers (Rio) secretly gave me his number and said he would do it the next day at a lower price. He kept saying he was on his way, but finally after waiting 9 hours sitting on the floor and in my car I realized he wasn't showing up so I loaded all 33 boxes (heavy) and misc. other items onto the pod as the pods were being picked up the next morning. I'm female and 66 years old so it was difficult. He never showed. Also, at closing, I had to concede $200 for a door and door frame they badly damaged in one of the upstairs bedrooms. It looked like they took a hatchet to it with really large gouges in both. I would never recommend your services to anyone and will report this to warn others. I may try to get reimbursed for the damage but I doubt they will do so. I'm sure they will deny it.

Great job!! First of all they hustled for 3 hrs and they they did not even scrape the walls while carrying heavy awkward furniture down 2 flights of stairs. I would recommend using them again for sure!
