Andrew and Anthony were absolutely amazing. Andrew was extremely communicative in advance and helped me prepare so that the day of the move went smoothly. I had reserved a Upack trailer-and you only pay for what you use. Anthony was such a wizard at packing my boxes and furniture that I went from an expected 8’ down to 5’! He took great care of my goodies and was so kind, and Andrew packed my oversize art very carefully so I didn’t need to hire a courier just for that. I was given an eta of when they would arrive and they showed up on the dot- you can tell they take great pride in their customer service and work in the community. Andrew was a font of information and clearly values quality of execution above all. I haven’t been this impressed with a business in…I don’t know how long!

Andrew and his assistant were fantastic. Andrew was able to load the container like he was playing 3D Tetris. They were very careful with all of our stuff. Greatly appreciate their work.

Day 3: POD number 3 mostly yard, garage and last minute items.
Once again Andrew was flexible, arriving once I informed him the pod was on the driveway.
Because of the contents of the POD Andrew was able to spend time assembling beds and furniture while his team mate filled the garage with boxes etc.
Today's above and beyond item involved disassembling a 14 foot wheelchair ramp that had been loaded on the last minute as a single unwieldly item.
Great job over all three days, a pleasure to work with.

Day 2 and the second pod. I unlocked it to find the door only rose one foot.
A big thanks to Andrew and his can-do attitude who got it higher, pulled out a mattress, then got inside the pod and moved a bedframe out of the way.
The packers at my previous home did not do a good enough job keeping items tied down and away from the door.
Andrew was again flexible, arriving after I informed him he pod was on the driveway. We used SD247 because we had just one pod per day and their minimum job is 2 hours. Andrew went above and beyond, a large cabinet had lost one plastic foot making unbalanced and likely to scratch the floor. He replaced all four with soft pad material.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Per customer preference, rather an immediate email/ phone response from management with information regarding the booking. An e-mail verification is instantly sent out to confirm order information and we do request additional information to be thorough. If we are on the run, sometimes we may just send you a text for quick info.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We understand moving is stressful, we provide what other companies don’t, shrink-wrap, and tape. Plenty of tools to take bed frames/ cribs, and tv dismounts.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our movers will be prepared to make moving day, the least complicated day of the process for you. However as a note: ideally have boxes taped/labeled. Pads provided, shrink wrap and straps provided to the movers.
