The guys who came and helped move our items into our two PODS did a great job. They were a bit slow, but they took care to wrap everything and make sure it was packed properly.

Both Dominic and Valentine, our helpers, were very professional and hard working! They did a superb job of stacking and fitting all of our furniture into our pod, with special care for our antiques. We only booked them for two hours, but they stayed an extra hour and a half until the job was done. In addition, they were respectable of COVID protocol.
We would highly recommend MD Expert Movers, especially if Dominic and Valentine are examples of the excellent team work they provide. Thank you!

Valentine and his helper (forgot his name) did a great job for me. They were careful and deliberate with my belongings and wrapped things up completely as requested. They packed my pod completely full, carefully and logically. They worked continuously despite the pod being 150 feet away from the doorway and it being hot and muggy outside. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them to a friend or use them again.

The guys were great; on time, very polite. They were very careful with all of our items, but worked quickly. They packed the truck expertly, everything fit securely. Unloading was also done quickly and efficiently. The guys placed all furniture where requested and also helped assemble the bed. They did an outstanding job and made our move easy. My 3 movers were awesome! They all utilized each inch of my 2 PODs that needed to hold all of our townhome. They took extreme lengths to ensure that all wood & fragile items were properly shrink wrapped and covered with blankets or cardboard. Moving is stressful enough, so it was great to know that our things were in good hands from start to finish.

Dominique and Kerri, (? Spelling), arrived on time and were very polite and accommodating . They took much care packing all items in the moving truck. They worked well together as a team. They were able to fit all of my belongings into the 16’ truck I rented and went to much effort to make items fit. I had a kayak, treadmill and bicycle to work around and through their skills, they were able to complete the job to my complete satisfaction. It was a very hot and sunny day and they worked tirelessly. I am grateful for their help and the positive attitude they projected while in our home. I highly recommend them for future reference.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
