What can a customer expect after booking with you?
once your booking is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation phone call. At this point, any special request from the customer will be noted. Customers will also receive a phone call the day before the booking to confirm all information again and take any notes applicable from the customer. On the day of the service request, the customer will be contacted and given an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect our movers to be on time and in uniform. Each mover will introduce his/herself and prepare to start working.
