What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you after booking through HireAHelper to discuss what you need and any specifics about your particular move. We may want to get together with you for a few minutes prior to your scheduled move day to better prepare you as well as us for your relocation. A Jeffers representative will call you a day or so before your scheduled move day to confirm and discuss any changes that may have arisen.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive between 9-9:30 am at the load site. Load up and transport your belongings to your new home or the storage facility of your choice. (If storing your belongings please secure it prior to the day of the move)
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving is one of the most stressful things that you can do. Preparation is the key to a successful economical move. Packing, either completed by you or our staff should be done in a manner in which the boxes are easily manageable. Limit the amount of unsealed, open top boxes if possible. The heavier the item, the smaller the box. Clearly label the boxes contents and destination room in you new home. We prefer that you take advantage of our in home consultation to better prepare us both for your move.

We have been moving families since 1921. In that time we have grown to have an understanding of what it takes to overcome just about anything.
