Left after 2 hours even though I was willing to pay for the extra hour. Needed to find additional help to get the remaining furniture out of the house. Didn't have experience moving furniture. All in all I would never use them again.

They were professional, were careful with my home furnishings. In general I do think they did a good job. I was a bit surprised how young they were. I think 3 of the 4 in our crew were college students with one person who was clearly in charge of the crew. But overall they did a good job at a good price.

Perhaps the best compliment you can give in the service industry is that you would choose them again if you had to do it all over. I will, indeed, use Move Cheap again if I move in the future. They were respectful, used good manners, never took a break (even for water), and they packed my belongings, not only respectfully, but also securely, saving me money with the transportation company. I tipped them well because they absolutely deserved it.
