Neil and Allen were amazing. On time—and I received a 10 and 5 minute heads up. Warm, friendly, kind, efficient, courteous, helpful…they were all of this and more. I was so panicked that all my stuff wouldn’t fit in the PODS, but they managed it like they were solving an intricate puzzle. They communicated with me so well to make sure my expectations were met (actually exceeded!). I could not have been happier with the service and am confident in giving them a Highly Recommend rating. Thanks, guys, for making a stressful situation so much easier.

Great attitude and polite.
The gentleman that unpacked my POD container showed up with a positive attitude and politely introduced themselves. Before they arrived, they had already worked moving other customers. That didn't sliw them down, they were ready to work and got the job done.

Very happy Neil and Ron were assigned to my move. I was very skeptical the POD was large enough for all our items but they expertly packed it so it all fit. There's no way I could've done this on my own, half our stuff would still be on the driveway. They were very professional and efficient which I greatly appreciated. Definitely hire this outfit, it is money well spent.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect once they have booked, they will receive an email, stating the details in their move, along with a time that we will contact them. Always within 24 hours.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day with the customer, the customer does not need to stress at all. WE are here for them, to listen, serve, and respect them. This is their situation and we are here to always put people first. We understand that moving is a very stressful situation, and we do everything in our power to alleviate that stress.
