We needed same day service to unload a moving truck. I had never heard of this company and was apprehensive but had no choice as we were desperate for help. The gentlemen arrived on time and even completed job early. They were very courteous. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

This is not a complaint about the workers, but more about the company that sent them to perform the work. These men were pleasant and had the strength to do the job but had no training whatsoever to do the job that was required of them. Walls were marked, boxes that had glass and mirrors in them with clear writing on them were placed flat and not stood up. A wardrobe box was placed on its side and when I requested; not that way, it was turned upside down. A day bed is sitting in the container, with 3 of its feet removed and several other heavy items on top of it. A pedestal table had one of its four legs broken off. I have allowed several of these things to just be done and get the container loaded, but I have decided to post this review because this company should not be in the business in providing helpers if they are not willing to train these people. There is an art to packing a container, and strength alone is not it.

Simply put, I can't recommend them highly enough. Just getting my things down to my POD was a huge pain-in-the-ass. Best money I've ever spent. I only wish they could unload my **** when I get where I am going. Oh, and treat them right and buy these guys lunch. Highly recommended. -Paul
