Brown's Movers arrived on time and were prepared to do the job. They quickly and efficiently loaded our truck. They took care and wrapped our furniture and handled it with care. At the unload destination, they unloaded the furniture and placed it for us where we wanted it. I would definitely recommend them for your move.

Nice enough guys and they loaded a ton of stuff into 2 freight trailers, but the service wasn't great.
They were not on time, only a minor inconvenience though.
They refused to wear masks, which wasn't a big deal but they threatened to leave if I pushed the issue...pretty cool.
They loaded fast but paid almost no attention to how boxes were marked. Arrows pointed which end was to stay up (ignored). FRAGILE tape all over breakable pieces (ignored). They didn't load boxes first, furniture second. Didn't use ratchet straps or create mattress bulkheads. No consideration for heavy or fragile and one stack had a box of fragile dishes at the BOTTOM of the pile with 5 or 6 boxes of books loaded on top. Needless to say it was demolished and all stacks tipped over in the end. Damaged furniture, broken pieces, not good service.
I wouldn't use them again. Look elsewhere for the money.

They arrived when scheduled, loaded everything we asked. Our furniture was moved 300 miles and when we unloaded it, nothing had moved or shifted and there was no damage to anything. I would recommend Brown’s moving for your move. Kent J. Paducah Ky.

My daughter supervised the unloading of my things. She said they started out like a house on fire, but when they realized they would not get everything in the 2 hours they slowed down for the last 30 min. She thought that it was because they might get additional hours, but they did not.
