Wow! I cannot believe they were able to get all my stuff in the 7 foot POD. I was sure I'd have to junk some of it for the big move across the country. But NO! They were amazing. They got it all in! I had two men and they really knew how to pack a POD. They did the whole thing in under 2 hours. If my two guys are typical workers for Hire A Helper, I would highly recommend this service. The men were personable and highly professional. Thanks guys!

No tools to move with such as straps. I supplied a dolly to assistance with moving larger/heavier furniture.
Was charged for 3 hours but only worked 2 hours and there was no way to correct the issue on the phone when you can't talk to a human being.

What types of moves have you handled?
We have done everything from a 7' pod load to loading a five bedroom home into three u-hauls , driving them to Utah from Tennessee.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Customer service, seeing the gratitude and relief in our customers eyes.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We practice using shoulder straps to lift and move heavy items safely.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
