The staff who unloaded our PODS did an excellent job, however, when it came to payment is when issues started. The staff handed me his personal cell phone, where a boss demanded payment before the staff could leave. This left me puzzled and confused, and a sketchy sense of who I was actually paying. Had this information been given UP FRONT, I would not have been left with a sense of disbelief in the way a business treats its customers. Again, the staff who actually did the work of moving our items were prompt, courteous, and kind to us and our belongings. The mob style of payment demand was so off-putting that I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else unless their payment practices are made known PRIOR to hiring them.

They were 2 hrs late. Didn't bring a dolly or anything to assist moving furniture or appliances. Did not use provided moving blankets or the provided floor pads or furniture rollers. They started right away and worked the entire time. Did have pleasant attitudes. Finished in 1 hr I paid for 2 hr. No discount for being late or not needing the full 2 hrs. I would not trust to use again with furniture and appliances.

Customers can expect clear communication with a "Heads-up" call before dispatch out to you on move day. You can expect prompt arrivals and uniformed workers. Expect us to come in and conduct a initial walk-through before we start wrapping/ padding items and loading/unloading the truck. We do like to take Happy Customer Photos , so expect that!
