The service was absolutely horrible. Tavion called me with a very nasty attitude just to tell me they were 40 minutes away. He still showed up 5 minutes late. When I asked him about the work, he just kept making excuses. After about 10 minutes, he left and left behind three “helpers” who couldn’t have been older than 20. They smelled like marijuana, wasted time, and were clearly milking the clock.

In one hour, they only managed to throw away 8 small bags of garbage because they kept disappearing for 10–15 minutes at a time. To make it worse, two of the helpers were shopping while another went to McDonald’s to buy food!

This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Very unprofessional, irresponsible, and a complete waste of money. Beware of Tavion Drain and his crew!

Eva, thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points for anyone reading. I called only to provide an ETA, then personally came out to ensure movers were on site at the time you preferred, even leaving you an extra crew member at no cost. Since we bill a two-hour minimum, there’s no incentive for our team to “milk the clock,” and no one on the crew engaged in personal activities until the job was complete.

We take professionalism seriously and are committed to delivering reliable, respectful service. While I regret you felt dissatisfied, I want to assure future customers that we hold ourselves to high standards and always strive to do right by those we serve.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Customers can expect clear communication with a "Heads-up" call before dispatch out to you on move day. You can expect prompt arrivals and uniformed workers. Expect us to come in and conduct a initial walk-through before we start wrapping/ padding items and loading/unloading the truck. We do like to take Happy Customer Photos , so expect that!

What types of moves have you handled?

We've handled almost every time of move you can name! From , piano, jacuzzi, and office moves , to Local , long distance and auto moves! We are trained professionals and specialize in most type of moves!
