Both teams, pack & unpack, were professional, quick, careful. I’d definitely recommend them, but one caveat- they packed a POD to allow replacement of our hardwood floors & unpacked it once completed. No long distance moving to test how well packing was done in that regard

I provided moving blankets and even the stretch wrap to hold them since the moving team had neither tape nor stretch wrap. But they did NOT use the blankets even though I requested that. Fully 90% of my furniture had some degree of damage as a result.
Not just my opinion, but the unloading crew were appalled at the poor packing job, that not only ended up costing me over $800 in additional trailer space, but also around $200 more for unloading, which again, the unloading team said could have easily been accomplished in the 3 hour timeframe if the trailer had been properly loaded in the first place. And within the estimated 15' of trailer space, not the 20' they ended up using.
I also had to remind them many times to take items that were in plain site, and even sitting next to the trailer, but they were not loading, and yet putting up the bulkhead doors. And even at that I found multiple items that got left behind, that I just had to leave, since I was doing an out of state move. If I couldn't fit it in my car I couldn't take it, like my 3' electric heater, and the door I used as a table top for my hobby work.
So aside from damage to almost ALL of my furniture, this movers ended up costing me around $1,000 in additional unnecessary expense.
