They did a great job. It took longer than expected because we have lots of crystal glassware and they were meticulous in wrapping those . I would use them again and definitely recommend them to others.

Smart moves is a great company. Due to the weather we had to change our time. Not their fault... What the owner did was provide a third person at no extra charge, THANKS!!! Guys were punctual, courteous, and ready to work. These guys didn't just grab stuff and start moving, they assessed what they were moving and handled accordingly. Took great care of our belongings. Looking forward to using them once the new house is ready. Thanks a lot.

Chad & Brandon were on time & ready to work, No nonsense or time stalling. I tried my best to make it as easy as possible for them from moving things out of their way to shoveling snow & ice before they came so they had a clear path & hopefully wouldn't get hurt. Even tho I was probably in the way, they were polite & patient with me. They knew how to fill the pod so when it was moved to my property nothing would tilt & break plus they knew I wanted to move more in so kept space. I felt like I was working with my son & grandson. Guess I'll have to find something to move just so they can come back again.
The whole crew was great. When I called & talked to Billie, he too was very kind & patient. That means a lot. This dynamic trio can help me anytime.

They were on time. Their appearance (no professional shirt?) and the way they asked questions about how to take things apart or move things did not inspire confidence. We were expecting a moving crew (and I thought, the man who had called me on the phone to discuss the move) - but got some hired hands. My husband had left me to go to work thinking that someone with those showing up would be "in charge" and have tools, etc. but when I realized that they did not, I called him to come home from work immediately (instead of after a meeting). That said, they did work hard. They were respectful and took care with my things. I felt like they were doing a good job - but I expected more professionally, I guess. I would use them again if I just needed some people to move things.

the guys were great! they showed up on time, and worked hard, even though it was a rainy day! they were very careful with everything, and managed very minimal scratches! i would definitely use them again!

Boys were on time, actually early. They worked together and had me unloaded in an hour. Wonderful job! I'd recommend them to anyone. Hard workers.

Two guys were on time, went to work quickly, didn't take any breaks (even when we offered them water), and finished early. I am writing this review for the loading of our pod and then I'm going to go book them to help on the unloading side.

Used Smart Move, LLC for a labor only job loading a 16ft POD. David and Aaron did an excellent job! I needed to push my time back and asked them the morning of. They were able to accommodate my time change with no problem. Arrived on time and got straight to work. They worked efficiently while ensuring my items were handled and packed correctly. would definitely use them again and/or recommend them!

This was my 1st time doing anything like this before. I was nervous that everything wouldn't turn out correctly. But the experience was great David & I forget the other gentleman name but they were great. They arrived on time and worked until they got everything done. I was impressed with the quality of work. They were respectful to me and to my property.

Overall they did a good job, the only thing I found was they scratched the new wood floor near the entrance to the master bedroom

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
