I was trying to limit the space taken up on the trailer (being charged by the foot). They did a beyond outstanding job of fitting it in better than I hoped for. I highly recommend this company. They also worked hard and wasted no time even in the heat.

The movers were flexible on the time to show up at the site, which I appreciated. However, they only had a dolly as equipment for the move in, no moving straps or other such equipment. The dolly was not needed. The U-Haul we had was packed in under 2 hours including shrink wrapping the furniture and other prep work. We were expecting the truck could easily be unloaded in 2 hours or less. However the team seemed inexperienced, inefficient and slow. We had to move in many boxes ourselves just so the movers had time to move the 4 pieces of larger furniture into the house. Some damage to the furniture and house was done, nothing major. Cannot recommend, and I see they no longer show up on hire a helper.

What training do you provide your crew members?
I train them to be honest,loyal, to be proffessionals first. Secondly training them prpoperly how to pad/cover furniture,how to properly lift....to load/unload trucks to disassemble/reassemble furniture. My crew have great exp but along the way if i get inexperienced workers i will train properly.
