What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We send out a confirmation email after your move is booked. The email details your addresses and other important information regarding your move day. Once you receive the confirmation you have all the information needed to plan for move day as well as a helpful checklist. Moving requires a good game plan and at Olympic Move & Transport our goal is to provide you with gold medal service so that you move goes smooth and easy. We are available by phone, email, or text if you have any additional questions.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Our crew arrives on time with a smile on their faces. We have a professional, knowledgeable, efficient and careful move crew to make move day as stress free as possible. Your move crew will do a walk through upon arrival and make a plan to quickly and efficiently get your home loaded into the back of our 26 foot high-cube box truck. The crew will wrap and protect everything with our commercial moving pads and shrink-wrap, before driving courteously and safely to your new home.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Unless you have hired us to pack your home, when the move crew arrives for move day all small items should be boxed. We have a helpful list of things to do to prepare for your move on our website. Your move crew will disassemble and reassemble all furniture as needed, as well as wrap mattresses and box springs. We can provide wardrobes with your move rate if you would like. Wardrobe boxes are for hanging clothes and all of your hanging clothes can be placed into them at your origin.
