The guys were great, I would definitely recommend them to others. I got a heads up phone call that morning so I knew when to expect them (very nice) and another "10 minutes out" call as well. That's really helpful to plan and prepare. They got to work right away and were very friendly, polite, took great care of my stuff, made adjustments when I asked, and were expert "Tetris" packers into the trailer cube - an absolute must when packing for long distances. They really took the time to pack smart, did lots of tie-downs, and even left me a spot to throw in all the last minutes cleaning/packing/tools I still needed after they left. They made it really easy for me, couldn't ask for more. And they were nice to my dog! :)

We used The Smart Move Hire a Helper for both our packing and unpacking moving needs. We had two different crews and both times they arrived on time and ready to work. They were all very courteous and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. They were also very respectful of our property and our goods. We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
