Antoine & James arrived on time at short notice as a previous company I had booked did not provide experienced helpers to unload my pod and were unable to figure out how to get my furniture up tight stairs in a two story town house amongst other issues
I knew within 5 mins these guys from AJ moving were going to get the job done and within the 2 hour time frame I had to re-book at 6pm in the evening
Even that late in the day they still had the energy and willingness to complete the task in a professional and polite manner
I would highly recommend AJ moving Antione and James and will definitely hire them again
They were a different level from the other company and not really that much more expensive

I wasn't present, but my wife was and the movers didn't listen to her and didn't put boxes where they were supposed to be. Also, they damaged my wall and my wife thought they were rude. Generally, they did put things in the correct place aside from some exceptions.
We brought the crew in and had a discussion with them and as well went over all the photos they had taken from you job because we do take photos of every job we perform. Both of our movers said you’re wife had told them put the boxes anywhere but any boxes that had writing on them (which was only a few of them) to take to the designated area and that’s what they did. There was barely any furniture moved 80 percent of it was boxes and nothing was damaged by our movers. They also advised us that they were helped by your wife, daughter and son (or friends) so therefore, it was not only us moving items so it could’ve been anybody that damaged walls. The movers we’re very professional and efficient. They Tetris’ed the crap out of our belongings while keeping everything nice and secure. Everything that has been marked “this way up” or “fragile” was respected. Wonderful guys, and even got done earlier than expected. Would definitely hire again.

This company had a great review and that is the reason I decided to go with them. The actual service provided was a bit lower than expected. Though the crew we got worked hard, especially after needing additional hours to complete the major move, after awhile they started to just drop boxes without care. Even after speaking up for them to be more careful, they continued to do this. Tired or not, they still had a responsibility to take care of our belongings.
After starting to unpack, we noticed a few broken items as well as some damage to the corner of the wall where they forced through an office desk and did not say a word about it. I give this company an average score because that is the type of service we received. I guess for some people, this works for them, but not for me.
Please give us a call if any furniture is broken. We have photos of all furniture that was scratched or damaged before us touching it. Every crew that goes out on jobs takes photos of all items moved, disassembled, wrapped and stacked/packed in the trucks. I’d like to review these items and prove to you that a lot of the furniture was already damaged. I understand moving is stressful and we’re here to help ease that not make it more difficult but just like you might’ve underestimated your move by several hours you might be underestimating our crew as well. The gentlemen from AJ Moving were great. They arrived on time, they started working as soon as they got to our home. They worked very hard and were very cautious with all of our belongings. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help loading their furniture in PODS.

Dante & James at AJ Moving were very professional, wrapped furniture to be picked up, promptly made it to my home, moved some furniture around the house and then brought in other furniture, all without a break.
Did everything necessary to get furniture through doors(taking doors down , later putting all back together).Stayed well within 3 hour minimum.
Just an excellent experience overall.
