Highly recommend these movers if you are looking for someone to take the hard work away from you. Took their time where needed (made sure not to hit walls, damage floors, or your furniture) but were also very efficient. Even though it was a late night shift they made sure everything was placed where I wanted and didn’t rush anything. In the entire two hours don’t think took a single break other than to drive from one location to the other. Will use them again for any moving needs.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect a confirmation call to verify information submitted into the app or website. The date of the move, the time of the move, how many mover requested & all items that need to be moved. Once this information is confirmed a start time will be established (due to high job volume we ask for a 1 hour arrival time window from established time) example start time (9am-10am) Customers will also receive another confirmation call 24 hours before move day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect movers to show up on time (with-in time window) uniformed and ready to work. Once on the job the “Lead Mover” will ask for a short “walk through” to see which items need to be loaded first. We ask all of our customers to point out any special or fragile items that need to be wrapped or that need extra care, supervise any small children or pets, & have a “Peace of Mind” and not stress knowing that you're in good hands.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for moving day by getting a good night's rest to reduce stress & completing tedious task such as removing any items inside the dresser drawers & taping any drawers on dressers or night stands, boxing any loose items, remove all light bulbs in lamps, remove any hanging pictures or mirrors & if possible disassemble any bed frames and/or any attached mirrors on dressers.
What types of moves have you handled?
Jones Bros has been in business since 2015 and has several crew members with over 40 years of experience. From local moves (within 20 miles) & long distance moves (200 miles plus.) Jones Bros is in an expansion phase and is primarily a residential moving company but can provide commercial services as well (office moves.) Our residential services include Pack-only, Pack-&-Load, Pack-Load-Unload, Load-Only, Load-&-Unload Only, Unload-Only, Unpack-Only.We also specialize in junk/trash removal.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We enjoy the satisfaction of completing our “Moves” in a timely fashion and getting the job done so our clients don't feel stressed or overwhelmed. We also enjoy the positive feedback and constructive criticism so that we can become better, so we encourage all our clients to leave reviews. My personal favorite part of being a mover is “flexing my muscles after the job and feeling my strength run through my arms and body!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are required to watch 4 five minutes videos (how to safely wrap dining room table, how to move a heavy dresser upstairs, how to wrap a leather sofa like a pro, how to wrap protect and move glass tables.) In addition to this video training all of our crew members are required to pass a “Jones Bros Physical '' which includes bench press their own body weight, squat twice their body weight (weighs 150lbs squats 300lbs) minimum 25 push ups straight & 10 pull ups straight.
