I could not be happier with my experience, the team was timely, professional and extremely helpful. Being a single woman making a big move I was very nervous and actually ran into a bit of trouble while transporting my car. They were patient and very helpful, matter of fact if it was not for them who knows how long I would have received help from U-Haul since as of today they still never returned my call!

These guys worked their butts off! Terrence and Andrew were very respectful and careful with our furniture and house walls. Due to some confusion, they did not come prepared with a dolly or appliance cart making their job even more difficult. They persevered! I recommend these guys.

Horrible packing job, tried to just rush the job and leave. Caused a lot of my furniture to get scratched up. I do NOT recommend these people.

The guys were friendly enough and moved everything out of my place pretty quickly, but when they were packing up the containers they weren’t gentle with my furniture and didn’t seem like they had ever packed one before. They threw everything in them and because it didn’t fit I told them I didn’t need their help anymore and had to take everything out again and repack it so more things wouldn’t be broken. I wish I would’ve known they weren’t experienced enough in packing so I wouldn’t have wasted time/money having them do that part.

Our movers were an hour late to the appointment - we had scheduled them to arrive between 8-9, but didn't show up until 10. To be fair, I did schedule them on pretty short notice. They did call to let us know they would be late beforehand, as they had a late move the night before. When the movers arrived, they did a fantastic job getting all of our furniture and boxes into the U-Haul we had rented. We had 3 sets of stairs to our apartment, and they brought the furniture down without a scratch (amazing!). They used the allotted 2 hours to the fullest. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good company to move - just book them more in advance than I did :)
