I have experience in general construction, landscape, lawn maintenance, auto-mechanics, property management, and painting. I am a college student with almost 7 years military service. As I won't be going to training this summer, I need to make rent. My latest experience is with general contracting and property management, and I have experience working a skid loader and back-hoe. However, the housing market just isn't giving me the hours I need. What I can promise is hard work. I am in excellent physical condition and love sweating, and arduous work.
