To start with we had problem unloading stuff due to broken ramp from trailer. It was not movers problem.
But still I didn't like the following aspects from the moving service.
1. It was supposed to be two hour job but due to unforeseen situation it was going to take more than that time. But he won't stay back to finish the job saying he has another high paying job after two hours.
2. The lady was not keen on doing anything and seemed clueless and
3. No patience, broke my computer table. It was plywood so it broke easily but still he didn't deal with it carefully.
4. Didn't use the right tool to take things upstairs. Using troll to drag instead of using belts to lift.
Highly unprofessional, wouldn't recommend.

They showed up 1.5 hours late, but that was fine with me. They did an awesome job unloading our moving truck. 26ft truck was unloaded in 2 hours. Would definitely use them again.

Don't hire this company. Hired for 4 hours, 2.5 late, had to unload most of trailer on our own, only worked for 2 hours, charging me for all 4 hours. They were rude. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

This is per our person on site. They were not careful with items being moved and damaged a piece of equipment. They had a bit of an attitude and were not hard working. We would not use again.

They came at 11:50 and appointment was at 1000, (officially 10-11 am)
I guess technically falling within the window
2 big thing that disappointed me is that they could only move boxes and large items and not 'Personal items" that was not in the boxes
Also they couldn't stay longer to help had another appointment, and were in the rush getting there.
They also left at 13:40 bit early but gotten payed for 2 full hours
