Donnie and the team from Master movers were pure perfection. I had a 26’ truck that was expertly packed to be 100% full. Which included heavy boxes, appliances, exercise equipment and plenty of fragile items. They unloaded everything efficiently, organized it exactly how I asked in the house, hooked up the washer/dryer, and handled it all with care. They were on time, communicative, worked hard and I’d definitely use them again. I highly recommend Master Movers.

Donnie and the other 3 guys went above and beyond on this job. They were on time and they came to work. They finished ahead of time even though I encouraged them to take breaks. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A phone call from one of our highly trained professionals. Who will host an conversation to make sure your move is a success! We will walk you through your move and can answer any questions that you may have concerning your new transition!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You can expect up to show up upbeat and ready to work ! You can expect us to be working non stop and treating your items like our own. We will make sure we have your items prepped as need and handled with care . We like to get to know our customers and build as we assist you with your new transition.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Depending on if you just have an unload . For us to move with a fast flow . If you could get an ideal on were you want all the items being placed . That would help us to help you best! Also have any type of pieces or bolts or screws needed to assemble any broken down items. As for a load we look for things to be prepped properly. We also expect you to have anything you may need for your move that’s needed. Such as straps and furniture pads and shrink wrap . Your move coordinator will discuss all of this.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have 12 years of experience on the team! We have done jobs from simply home moves . We have done jobs for the government. Moving around items on military bases. We have also done schools and academies. We have done doctor office’s and other small office’s . We handle all load sizes from 8ft trucks to 53ft trucks.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Getting out there and making a difference one family at a time . You hear about so many nightmare moves . So to get out there and show are customers what real movers looks like . We take pride in our work. Just getting to network and meet good people. Just watching us take the stress of of you as we go just gives a high to push .
What training do you provide your crew members?
The movers are trained on how to properly handle items . They are trained to move as one with the items and to be able to maneuver safely! They are trained how to properly prep items to be loaded and unloaded safely. They are trained on how to properly cater to the customers needs and best interest. They are trained on high to build truck properly to safely transport items. They are trained to build from the floor to ceiling. They are trained on tricks to get things in hard spots.
