What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking, a customer can expect a phone call verifying pertinent information regarding the appointment as well as the phone number of the head crew member that will be performing the moving labor. A client service agreement will need to be signed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, the crew will show up at the designated time and load and/or unload as requested by the customer. Cleaning services can be performed if requested.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Everything must be packed and ready for loading or unloading. We do not provide packing services at this time.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have provided local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Helping and getting to know the customers is the best part of moving. There is no better feeling than walking away from a job well done knowing that the customer is satisfied and ready for a safe move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are professionally trained and capable of safely loading, unloading, tv mounting, appliance hook ups, and cleaning.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
